Trygve "Trig" Stout, CEO, MBA, LUTCF®
Trygve Stout, CEO, MBA, LUTCF®, was born in Berchtesgaden, Bavaria, Germany, shortly after World War II, and was raised jointly there and in the United States.
A high school graduate of Newburgh Free Academy in Newburgh, New York, he received his AAS from Dutchess County Community College in Poughkeepsie, NY, before transferring to the State University of New York at Oswego to complete his BA.
Additional graduate education followed before accepting a teaching position in New South Wales, Australia, for two years. This position allowed him to obtain a permanent teaching certification in New South Wales as a K-6 teacher.
Returning to the United States provided only substitute teaching opportunities outside of the gate at West Point Military Academy in Highland Falls, New York, leading to a change of occupation into heavy industry as an apprentice mechanic. Two years of on-the-job training and specialized education lead to a Journeyman's Book.
Through a friend, an opportunity to work for Northwestern Mutual Life as an agent arrived, which included a move to Oswego, New York, from downstate New York. During this time, he had begun to build his current brand, "Stout Financial Network, LLC", a multi-dimensional financial firm with business in more than 10 states.
In 1984, he completed his Life Underwriters Council Fellowship (LUTCF®) designation as a charter member and chairman for two years of the Life Underwriters Training Council of Central New York.
In 2001, he returned to the State University of New York at Oswego to complete his MBA with honors and today serves on the Investment Advisory Board at the State University of New York School of Business Oswego.
Trygve is a former board member and chief financial officer for the New York State West Soccer Association with 80,000+ players in Western New York. He is a licensed soccer coach and a sponsor/former owner of five premier youth teams known as the Mariners. He is also a former treasurer of Central New York Soccer.
Trygve founded and owned Phoenix Properties and Management LLC., a construction company that built single-family residences and small commercial structures.
He also formally engaged in mortgage originations for a Florida-based bank as part of his past business model before resigning that portion of his business.
He is also a 20-year private pilot who enjoys flying and airplanes.
He's been married to Beatrice for 44 years and has three grown children: Antigony, Christian, and Danielle.
Beatrice resides in Palm City, Florida, while Trygve continues to work between his primary office in New York and Florida, now in his 41st year in the financial community.

Debra Price is the office manager for Stout Financial Network.
Debra has a background in retail management as well as global securities processing. She joined the Stout Financial Network team in 2015 and is responsible for office management and operations on a daily basis. Her attention to detail is instrumental in meeting both client and employee demands and needs, including complex requests. Debra is also a notary public.

Crystal Perry is the administrative assistant for Stout Financial Network.
Crystal joined our team in 2020 and is a wonderful addition to our office, bringing with her a wealth of knowledge stemming from an extensive background in retail banking. She is community-minded and has served on the board of directors for OCO and in 2013 graduated from Leadership Oswego County. Crystal is responsible for opening new accounts, making account adjustments, assisting clients with various requests, as well as records management. She is also a notary public.

Amanda Ingison is the administrative assistant for Stout Financial Network.
Amanda is the newest valuable member of the Stout Financial Network Team. She joined just recently in 2020 and is a bright, outgoing addition to our office family. She has a background in retail banking and has taken on the important responsibility of scheduling all office activities for clients and staff alike. In addition to scheduling, Amanda maintains records electronically and in written form. She is also a notary public.
